I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were some of the most spacious I've ever experienced, expertly decorated in Moroccan style with spacious balconies, although there was a slight bad smell that became noticeable once the room scent wore off. The service went above and beyond for a luxury resort, from expertly packing our purchases to the top-notch facilities offered. The location was perfect, overlooking beautiful fountains and grounds, close to the airport but still a peaceful escape from the city. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. Despite the small odor issue in the room, this hotel truly delivers a top-class experience.

The hotel rooms were not quite at the same level as some other Four Seasons I've visited, but they were very well appointed and clean. The fruit baskets and holiday treats left in the room were a beautiful surprise. The service provided by the staff, including room service, was amazing and very attentive, which truly made the Four Seasons experience special. The location overlooking the extensive gardens with palm trees was the best I've seen anywhere in the world. Dining was great, especially by the pool, and the food was a highlight every day. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one would expect from a luxury hotel.

However, the breakfast is not worth the extra cost. The service was impeccable, especially the lady at the breakfast and pizza restaurant. The location is spacious and family-friendly, making it a great choice in Northern Africa. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide selection and the best meals of our Moroccan tour. The facilities are top-notch!

The hotel is in a perfect location, offering beautiful views of the snow-capped Atlas mountain and serviced to a very high standard twice a day. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and luxurious, with a huge bathroom, luxury touches everywhere, and a great shower. The staff are intent on making your stay a wonderful experience, although some may seem slow and somewhat disinterested. The dining options are of better quality than the coffee served at breakfast, offering generous and plentiful choices. The facilities are top-notch, with pools, a spa, and restaurants onsite.
